My research focuses on the use of IT to enhance team formation, digital transformation, and knowledge creation in the healthcare industry. My current work aims to use data and IT to improve society and reduce homelessness. I have been published in MISQ, JMIS and CACM. I am currently the international coordinator for the IS PhD program in Addis Ababa University Ethiopia and the VP of Region 1 for AIS.
