Chrystal Smith

Dr. Chrystal A. S. Smith currently serves as a Program Director at the National Science Foundation (NSF) as part of the Visiting Scientist, Engineer and Educator (VSEE) program. Her portfolio includes the Directorate for Education and Human Resources Core Research (ECR) and the Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP). She is an Assistant Professor in Residence in the Department of Anthropology at her home institution, the University of Connecticut.
