All S&CC PIs of active S&CC Projects are required to present a poster. Each PI will be assigned a location number and scheduled for one of the poster sessions. Assignments will be announced via e-mail to the lead PI or designated presenter after the rest of the program has been determined.

There will be an in-person poster session as part of the S&CC PI Meeting programming. The electronic copy of your poster must be submitted in PDF format. Please download and use the template for your poster.

I understand that NSF intends to publish and distribute my slides on the CPS-VO. I grant NSF permission to: (1) copy, reproduce, publish and distribute the work in all print and other formats (including but not limited to online publication via the CPS VO, and distribution at future NSF programs and conferences); (2) reprint the work for distribution; and (3) make the work available for distribution after the meeting.

Demonstration Information (Optional)

Participation in the demonstration session is optional. Please indicate your interest by checking this box. Please note that space is limited for up to 15 demonstrations. You will receive a notification and further instructions from the S&CC organizers if your project is selected. Each demonstration will be equipped with a 6 ft. table, 2 chairs, and one 42-inch monitor if requested. As well, project posters will be set up at demonstration stations for convenience.
