Join us for the 9th Annual Smart Cities MIAMI Conference, hosted by the University of Miami School of Architecture and the Frost Institute for Data Science and Computing, on April 3-4. This year’s theme, “Equitable Urban Futures,” focuses on fostering inclusivity in smart city development through innovative organizational and financial models.
Day One will take place at the Lakeside Village Expo Center, where attendees will engage in discussions around two key areas:
- Frameworks for Collaborative Innovation – Exploring new strategies to create digitally inclusive smart cities.
- Shaping Socially Equitable Smart Cities – Addressing issues of social and spatial equity in urban policy and program design.
Day Two features an exclusive workshop at the Newman Alumni Center, where invited partners will collaborate on creating a disciplinary proposal with measurable outcomes.
Keynote speakers include Jennifer Clark, PhD, from Ohio State University, and Richard Hanley, PhD, from New York City College of Technology.
