CPS-IoT Week 2027 Seeks Workshop, Tutorial and Competition Proposals

Organizers of CPS-IoT Week 2027 are inviting proposals for workshops, tutorials, and competitions to be held in conjunction with the conference week, scheduled for May 17–20, 2027, in Boulder, Colorado.
CPS-IoT Week brings together researchers and practitioners from cyber-physical systems, Internet of Things, embedded and real-time computing, autonomous systems, sensing, artificial intelligence, control, and related research communities. Workshops, tutorials, and competitions provide additional opportunities to explore emerging research directions, develop new collaborations, introduce tools and methodologies, and engage participants around shared technical challenges.
Workshop Proposals
Proposals are invited for half-day or full-day workshops addressing timely topics relevant to the CPS and IoT communities. Workshops can provide a forum for discussing emerging research areas, bringing together communities that do not normally interact, or exploring challenges that may not yet be fully represented within established conference programs.
Proposals should include the workshop's topic and motivation, a draft call for papers, information about the organizers and prospective program committee, the proposed format, expected participation, and plans for publicity. Organizers of recurring workshops should also provide information about previous editions.
Tutorial Proposals
Half-day and full-day tutorial proposals are also invited. Tutorials should address subjects of broad interest to CPS-IoT Week participants and may introduce an important technical area, provide instruction on the use of particular tools or systems, or offer background on emerging developments relevant to CPS and IoT research.
Competition Proposals
CPS-IoT Week also welcomes proposals for competitions that engage researchers and practitioners around technical challenges relevant to the community.
Competition proposals should describe the problem or task being evaluated, the planned competition format, participation requirements and rules, evaluation criteria, required facilities or resources, organizers, and plans for disseminating competition results.
Proposal Submission
Workshop, tutorial, and competition proposals should be submitted as a single PDF. The main proposal is limited to two pages, excluding organizer information and, in the case of workshops, information about the organizing committee.

Acceptance Notification: Early December 2026
CPS-IoT Week 2027: May 17–20, 2027
The submission system for proposals will be announced by the organizers.
